1.Product Description
The carriage bolts , alos knowns as coach bolts or mushroom head (round head)square neck bolts, is a form of bolt which used to fasten metal to wood. The carriage bolts are features by its round head and square neck. This makes the bolt self-locking when placed through a square hole in a metal strap, or a round hole in most wood. This allows the fastener to be installed with only a single tool, a spanner or wrench, working from one side. The carriage bolts are put into a hole which are the same size as the shank of it and then to be hammered in the rest of the way, and the square shoulder locks it tightly. While used a smooth finish surface is needed commonly in order that nothing becomes fixed on the fasteners.
